Boost for Good Roads in Wyoming State Meeting
Douglas Wyoming March 9 delegates from every county attended a state good roads meeting to form a Wyoming good roads association. Mayor Edward T. David led the session with Wa Irvine as chair and Robert Potter as secretary. Governor Carey and other officials sent telegrams of support. A banquet followed with speeches by Roy Schenck Col Ailney and others. The event aimed to establish permanent organization and included moving pictures and expert talks. Casper led delegations with 22, Wheatland 12, 300 banquet plates. J Gullivan will move into the former Joalin residence with his family.

School Boards Decide Separate Administration For Two Schools
Last Friday evening the high school and grammar school boards met to set policy for the coming year. Both boards deem the current shared superintendency unsatisfactory and plan independent operation. The high school will add a third teacher and teach science. supervision may shift to each school's principal. Superintendent Rossiter said he does not wish to remain beyond his current term.

Adjudged Insane Mrs Abigail Tippettes of Cowley
Mrs Abigail Tippettes, wife of B L Tippett Sr, was adjudged insane by a jury before Court Commissioner Jos H Neville last Tuesday. At 42 with a large family, she was committed to the state hospital at Evanaton for treatment and hoped recovery. Friends extend sympathy during this affliction.

Forest Supervisor Kavanaugh visits, reports heavy snow
EB N Kavanaugh, supervisor of the Big Horn forest reserve, returned from a visit to Hyatt ville and Tensleep country. He notes forty two inches of well packed snow atop the rangers cabin, promising moisture for grasslands and irrigation. He left Monday for Shell to check a local ranger before returning to Sheridan.

Death of Morton Johnson on train trip to Thermopolis
Morton Angrin Johnson two died suddenly last Friday on a train en route to Thermopolis. Acute nephritis was the immediate cause. The child had been ill for some time and death occurred while parents were taking him for treatment. Funeral held Sunday afternoon from the family home with Rev. N. B. Nash officiating. Interment in Mountain View cemetery. Friends extend sympathy to Mr. and Mrs. Johnson.

The Republican poll shows Roosevelt leading with 80 votes, La Follette 7, Cummins 6, and other contenders. With 126 ballots cast by Thursday afternoon, the note urges all voters to vote before April 1 and to encourage others. Hyattville Plans July Two Day Celebration
On Sunday afternoon March 10 the Hyattville community met at the club house to discuss a July celebration. A two day event was set for July 4 and 5 with camping ground secured. People from various points may attend to camp and fish as they wish.
