Sheepherder Curtis Pleads Guilty in Train Shooting
Charles Curtis the sheepherder who fired on a northbound passenger train and wounded a man named Lee pleaded guilty before Judge P W Metz and received a two to four year sentence in the state penitentiary. He was taken to Rawlins by Sheriff Wickwire.

Beryl Perkins Expected Home From Fort Logan
Beryl Perkins son of Harve Perkins of Otto is expected home tomorrow from Fort Logan. He served in France where he was gassed and left side remains paralyzed. He would be the first Big Horn county boy to return who saw the fighting line, though Ernest Agee had the first return from France.
