Wife Rung Away On Train From Shell Basin
On Tuesday’s stage from Shell Mrs L T Koch and Herb Early were passengers and the couple left for the north. A small child about seven was left in Basin with a letter asking R D Noe to care for it until the father claimed it. Koch, a former Blacksmith, is working on the Shell reservoir and likely unaware of the departure. No action has been taken to pursue the couple. Hotel arrivals list many guests including J G Smetzer Casper and Aven Nelson Laramie.

Arnott To Cheyenne For State Central Committee
Attorney John P. Arnott leaves tomorrow for Sheridan and then Cheyenne to represent Big Horn county at the Republican state central committee meeting on September 5. He will also handle matters in the supreme court while in the capital and probably be away a bit over a week.
