Death of Twins at Gregory Home
Death claimed ten and a half month old twins Bertrand and Roberta at the home of Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Gregory this week. Bertrand died Sunday night with a funeral Monday at 3 p.m.. Roberta died Tuesday night with a funeral Wednesday at 3 p.m. Services were by Rev. C Wardlaw. The community extends sympathy to the bereaved family.

Sheriff Quietly Detains Nine Unregistered Aliens at Lovell
The sheriffs office this week captured nine Mexicans at Lovell for failing to register. Arthur Bogner a German enemy alien was arrested at Greybull after being registered in Omaha and leaving without permission. E Rich and James Ross Euston were also taken at Greybull. Euston used the alias James Randolph in Denver and is described as a deserter. he will likely be turned over to Fort Russell. Remaining detainees will be sent to Cheyenne by the U S marshal.

The government will take over all raw wool in warehouses at the July 30 price. Wool now being clipped in the west will be taken. Much of the wool will be used for uniforms with the rest distributed to civilian dealers at fixed prices.
