Bond Issue Explained May Tenth for Wyoming Roads
A Wyoming bond issue of 1 800 000 dollars will fund highway work with 1 200 000 already allotted by the U S government. The plan totals 3 400 000 including state funds and will be repaid over ten to twenty years at up to 5 percent interest. Bonds issued as contracts are let and repaid by automobile licenses about 12 per car. Twenty seven thousand cars in Wyoming could yield roughly 325 000 annually, about 3 250 000 over ten years. If bonds fail, federal funds revert to other states. if carried, Wyoming may gain additional federal money and the highway commission directs spending by district and county officials.

Death of Mrs H W Horn in Basin Nebraska
Mrs. H W Horn died at the Basin home after an illness dating from August. Nina Regina Theasmeyer, born August 15 1888 at Clatonia Nebraska, married Henry W Horn November 26 1916. Survived by husband son James born April 25 1918, mother and three brothers, two sisters. Burial at Clatonia beside her father. Funeral services and departure for Nebraska noted.
