Switeman Injured in Fall From Box Car
William Devaney switchman suffered a bad injury Tuesday when he fell from a box car in local yards. Dr. Graham treated him and he was sent to Los Angeles Santa Fe hospital on car 21, accompanied by Mrs. B. F. Gouldin. Trainmen intended to loosen cars but a jerk threw him to the ground. Mrs. Devaney and children are en route home from an eastern visit.
