Busby Minstrels Draw Big Albuquerque Crowd
Albuquerqueans packed the minstrel tent at Sixth and Central for Busbys last night. Despite the Barnes circus delivering wild crowds a day earlier, the show drew standing room only with encores, fresh wardrobes, and strong reception. The Albuquerquè paper praised the performance as lively and well produced.

Miss Dillingham Honored At Yellow Green Shower
A large group of Miss Wilda Dillingham’s friends attended a miscellaneous shower at Sloan Hart hall on Tuesday hosted by the B B B B club. The venue featured yellow green decor and chrysanthemums with numerous gifts including a prominent Sweet Adaline. The club members gave linen. Mrs Nelson and Miss Zentz played piano and Annie Laurie was sung by Mrs MacIntosh. About fifty ladies enjoyed light refreshments. A separate surprise party for Geo Santhu, new Barstow yards track foreman, occurred at his home last Friday evening with music and refreshments.
