Senator Key Pitman told Las Vegas chamber members that Arizona’s bid to block Boulder Dam has virtually no chance of success. He said Arizona must prove immediate loss or irreparable damage to obtain an injunction, and that the river’s navigability at the site cannot be disproven. The Colorado River was navigated from its mouth past the dam site toward Fort.
