Extension Conferences for California Dairymen

The Rail Road Commission authorized Southern Sierras Power Company to issue and sell 1,202,000 first act refunding mortgage six per cent bonds by April 30, 1932 at not less than 95 per cent of face value plus accrued interest. Proceeds will pay debts and partly fund construction from 1931. Net nine month outlay was 1,414,151.64, financed via borrowings from Nevada California W Electric.
