The California Delta Potato Growers association is organized in Stockton to improve the potato business by regulating crops totaling 5.5 million bushels annually. It is estimated the delta will produce 2.8 million sacks of potatoes and over 860,900 sacks of onions this season, with much of it now controlled by the new group.
