The Herkelraths bought 160 acres from Mrs. Kelly of San Bernardino. eighty acres went to Kramer Hills Land Company for a townsite and eighty acres were reserved for mining. Six new leases were made this week on the Herkelrath townsite district and work will start within ten days on all of them.
