Students enjoyed Field Sports Day at the Collegiate with Kenneth Johnston winning the senior championship cup again. Ross Cowan topped intermediate scoring with 29 points and Gordon Foster led juniors with 36 points as Arthur Walker followed closely. Clarence Hall placed runner-up in juniors. Jamieson set a school high jump record at 5 feet 2 inches before a pole vault mishap ended the seniors’ event.
