Rlldeford Maine Sept 2 The skeleton an aged resident of Sune found Sunday after a fall near the North Lane where he disappeared two years earlier. An autopsy on a pale of berries noted at the time of his disappearance identified the man as James Smith.

Mrs Nelson Hamel wife of Nel Hamel of 3 South Main Street Barre died Sunday afternoon after a cancer illness. She had an operation in September. Born in Michigan about BT years ago she lived in Barre 30 years. She was twice married first to Andrew Tary who died 15 years ago, then to Jared Hamel. Surviving are one daughter Mrs Gertrude Brunell of Beckmantown NY two sons Joseph Tacy of Mount Vernon NY Hubert Tacy of Barre Town and a sister Mrs Anne Roberta of northern New York. Funeral at St Monfea church Tuesday morning at 11 oclock with burial in West Chazy. Friends invited.
Funeral services held Saturday afternoon for Adam Craig, who was killed in a fall while working at Quinley Mann. Interment at Hope Cemetery followed a ceremony at the home of his mother in law on Currier Street. Many clan and lodge members attended, with wreaths and honors from local families and groups.

Mrs Ossola is a Barre native, Spaulding graduate, era book operator at Reynolds Son’s, and carver apprentice at Jones Brothers. Ossola is a Barre lad, ex serviceman with 15 months overseas in France, and brother to Alderman Ossola.
