Brown Mills Fire Kills Chief and Injures Three

Terapto Ont September 10 Fire destroyed the Brown Mills causing $150,000 in damage. Chief Worrell died instantly as the floor collapsed trapping him beneath. Three other firefighters were injured, one critically, in the blaze at the Brown Mills complex.

Burglary At Woodsville Targets Dr Eastman Home

A break in at Dr. C. D. Eastman’s residence in Woodsville led to missing items including a valued watch and a safe attempt in the doctor’s office.
