Mason B Jenkins died yesterday at 2 AM after four years of illness. He was 77, a Civil War veteran who served in the Vermont Militia Company 1. He leaves a wife and three sons, William K. of Washington DC, Alfred B. and Henry J. of Graniteville. Funeral is tomorrow at 2 PM at the Presbyterian church in Graniteville. The family requests no flowers.
Sheriff Frank Tracy of Montpelier announces he will readopt all former deputies for the new term starting December 1 and will deputize members of the Burne Pee force as deputy sheriffs if they wish. He also considers extending deputy appointments to the Montpelier potion if they desire.
Boston November 26 report says the Boston Railway Holding Company will issue 21,200,000 dollars of preferred stock at 100 per share to retire outstanding bonds. The move finances the New Haven railroad and advances a May issue stock plan.

In a pretty Wednesday evening ceremony at the bride's home on Upland Avenue Mre Mow oan and John McAuley of Graniteville wed. Pepin guests included Miss Bessier Masauthier and a sister Mrs. Laura Hollenbache as bridesmaid. The bride wore pale peach satin and carried a bouquet. best man was Karl Hi odentarde. After refreshments, the couple planned to reside in New York City where Mrs McAuley is a dressmaker and Mr. McAuley a traveling salesman.
Miss Jennie Clark Robertson of S2 West Tatterson and Edwin J. Kinkdy were married at Matties Church with Rev. McKenna officiating. Attendants were absent except for close family and witnesses. the couple plans to reside at the City hotel while Mr. Ruddy is employed as day staff.
