Survived by two children Lew Mossi of Pittsford and Amelia Hossi of Rutland, and three sisters Mrs Bid Cerenoli of the city, Mrs Jane Bucci of Proctor, and Mrs Amelia Bolgioni of Rutland. Funeral arrangements not yet made.
Salem Nev. Judge Lam denied a motion for a sew triak involving Jo seph Lombardi. Lombardi faced a murder charge with a second degree accusation and was ordered to treatment for the showting of Dom at Newbutport to October 1921.
