Bari Nov. 3 Olver St irler of oealtace City filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy listing assets at BAM and unsecured claims of $713 with a secured mortgage on vestane equipment. Herbert Priors of St Albans filed a voluntary petition showing assets of 7% and real estate valued at $500 with household goods. John Colomb of Sheldon reported liabilities of $1202 and assets of BOIT2 with secured creditors including Union Savings Bank Morrisville and Frances of Franklin holding mortgages. The Swanton Cooperative Dairy Co. Inc joined in bankruptcy with others.
The funeral for Willarr B Cheney will be held tomorrow at 7 PM at the home of Dennison Tememore and Trow Avenue. Rev B J Lehigh, pastor of the Baptist church, will officiate and interment will follow at Hope Cemetery.
