Odessa reports grim toll as riots erupt nationwide with hundreds killed and thousands wounded. Mob attacks, pillaging shops, and clashes with troops spill into bank square and town halls. Reports from London allege revolutionary pressure for a republic and harsh military responses amid chaos.

James H. A. Brooks a Philadelphia manufacturer was killed in an automobile crash near Abeston New Jersey. Michael G. Price and their wives were seriously or painfully injured as the tire slipped from a wheel causing the wreck. Brooks died instantly. Price and Mrs. Brooks were injured, with Mrs. Brooks suffering lacerations and shock.
Civil war rages in Nikolaieff Russia as gunfire and looting devastate the town. Civilians report many killed and wounded and more than two hundred tombs overturned as shops are looted and destroyed amid chaos.

West Herlin Nov 2 Austin Styles died yesterday after years of helplessness. He had been blind for years and bedridden for four months. Survived by Bowers of the R C Bowers Grane wife and three daughters. Miss Daisy cared for him in his helpless growth. Efforts to erect a monument near Barre include a 21 ton piece and a 45 ton spire, requiring a week to transport and assemble. Dedication planned for December 33.
