Fred Greenough, 23, unmarried lineman for Haverhill Electric, was electrocuted while working on a pole at Washington Street and Florence Avenue. Melvin J Waterman longtime Waitsfield resident died Saturday afternoon from heart failure. Funeral held at his late home with Rev William A Remele officiating. Bearers included Henry N laMorder Howland Russell John Niell and George W Martin. Interment in village cemetery. Survived by wife Ida J Campbell and siblings Alice Boardman Alma M Charles Waterman. Burlington March 28 George Catlin died at 202 Pearl street after a heart attack. He was a lime dealer and large farm owner survived by a wife and two daughters Elen Catlin and Roth Zim.
