Otto Fitterer was instantly killed Walter Hess fatally injured and John Fricman escaped with a fractured arm Foreman John Hees climbed down by removing bricks piece by piece and reported the accident to Heincke Contracting Company The cause of the fall is not yet known Walter Hess died at the hospital last night.

The funeral for Mrs Anna Robbins a respected East Montpelier resident was held at her son's home in Barre town on Wednesday at 2 o clock after a brief pneumonia illness. Rev B B Reardon officiated. Grandsons Willard Robbins J Clarence Robbins attended with four nephews. Burial followed in Maplewood cemetery. Distant attendees Included Charles Robbins Whitefield NH and William Buzzell North Randolph.
Funeral services for Mrs Eliza Jane Hall were conducted at the family home on Tuesday afternoon at 1 30 o clock Rev W J M Keattie rector of the Church of the Good Shepherd officiated Bearers were Amos Hall Lee B R Hall and Jake L Hall sons of the deceased Arthur Ainsley and Allen McLean nephews Interment was in Wilson cemetery beside the late Mr Hall who died in Barre in 1910
James Duffy aged 81 died at his home 168 North Avenue after a week's illness. Born in County Louth Ireland he came to the country young. Survived by daughter Margaret Ann Duffy of Barre and son Dr. P. S. Duffy. Burial planned in Georgia.
