Funeral services were held for Frank T Hoadley at Pilgrims Congregational Church in Montpelier with burial at a nearby cemetery. He is survived by a sister Mrs J C Griggs of Montpelier and relatives noted in the program.

The Massachusetts Legislature debated a Boston and Maine railroad merger bill in the Senate yesterday through the railroad committee. The measure would extend franchise and property rights to subsidiary lines including the Nashua and Acton, Sullivan Grant, Vermont Valley, Barre and Chelsea, Montpelier and Warren River, York Harbor and Beach, St Johnsbury and Lake Champlain, with majority ownership by the Boston and Maine.
The Morrisville native died from heart failure. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 PM at his home with Rev. Joseph Hamilton of White River Junction and Rev. H. T. Counts officiating. The deceased, married to Nellie, had ties to local churches and community groups.
