William M. Welch of Topsham and Miss Reta Thurston of Topsham married in Barre at 9 o'clock in a double ring ceremony performed in a Baptist church. The couple, who were unattended, returned to Topsham after the ceremony and plan to reside there. Welch is described as a farmer.
