Burlington on June 29 a man named Age! pleaded to breach of the peace after slugging Officer Christophir Miles at Riverside Saturday. Age! was fined 25 dollars and 7 dollars costs, or 99 days in jail. Anomy Martin S. Vilas prosecuted the case.
A damaged report states Franklin farmer Henry Brown’s infant son was found dead after entering a tank. Court records list a gross estate of $1,196 with $842.75 claimed as assets. The case involves guardianship and custody actions in the state court.
