Fire destroys Moran barn as children ignite shed
In Bakersfield on July 27 children playing with matches started a fire in John Moran’s barn at 10 80 in the morning. The barn and part of a connecting shed burned while the house, which was attached, was saved by neighbor effort. The fire caused several hundred dollars in damage. Moran’s property was insured. Two Toes Lost In Show Car Wreck Reunion Night
