New York July 24 Datrolman Frank Reilly a hero medal policeman died from wounds suffered in an early morning encounter with the Panty gang after arresting a robbery suspect. He sustained a skull fracture and internal injuries, the gangswore revenge and attacked him on the street.
New York July 24 The district attorney expects to show police officials and higher ups framed the plot to kill Herman Rosenthal. Prominent gamblers and car occupants named in the case may turn state’s evidence. Key figures Whitey Lewis Lefty Lanie Hib the Blood Dago Frank and others are sought. Zelig could be summoned and the grand jury wants appearances from all mentioned.
John C Harrington of Rutland was struck by a Bennington division train while returning from market with garden products. He suffered a fractured skull and broken leg, with serious injuries to his body. The horse died instantly and the wagon was destroyed. Mrs Frank Willett of Federal Street, St Albans, reportedly took poison at 10 o clock, died at 2:20 PM, after being found by neighbors and treated by Drs Gibson and Hyatt. Police say antidotes were given, poison source unclear, funeral planned for Thursday in East Sheldon.
State’s Attorney Hi BD Shaw conducted a secret inquest into the Frank Dennis case of Winooski. Dennis was found Sunday night with a skull injury. Judge Quinn presided. witnesses included Frank Carrier, Leree Prevost, Theodore Mongeen, Arthur Pese, Vincent Tinos rau and Eugene Viens. The program announced tonight’s band concert with overtures and clarinet selections.

A contract for woodwork, brick, and porch work at several schools was awarded to A Heath. Committees were named for supplies, fuel, insurance, and finance. Superintendet Roscoe succeeds O F Mathewson. The group from Springfield arrived in city today for nine year term planning and family relocation to Howland home later.

Mrs Ida Pline beth Cemdenmigh, president of the state department of the Woman's Relief corps, died yesterday afternoon of complications from diseases. Born June 16, 1860, she married February 27, 1878. Survived by one daughter, Miss Flor Pree tamdenengh, with funeral set for Thursday at 2 PM.
