In the divorce suit of John Bernas vont va, Auratt Bernasoon, a case from last term, a divorce was granted today on grounds of intolerable severity. An order was directed in the Court that the stipulation as agreed on by attorneys in the case be carried.
San Francisco July 17 Thomas J Mooney accompanied by Sheriff Thomas Finn and a deputy left the city at 10 am for San Quentin to face execution for the murder tied to a Preparedness Day bombing. The sentence calls for hanging in August.
