Mrs Nicola Rossi died yesterday afternoon at her home 62 Foxx Street after a short illness of pneumonia. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at two o clock at Chelekee and burial will follow in Hope Cemetery. She leaves daughters Mia, Mistrangelo, and Miegida Rossi and several sons and relatives in Barre and Westerly Rhode Island. Born in Milan Italy March 6 1853 she came to America with her family and settled in Westerly before moving to Barre several times back and forth to Waterbury and Chechekee, with a large Italian community mourning her loss.
