William Juk a well known Barre resident died at Mary Hletcher hospital Burlington after an operation begun two weeks earlier. The funeral will be held at 2 PM Wednesday at his home 29 Keith avenue with Rev J W Barrett officiating. Survived by wife two daughters two sisters two brothers and many relatives. Born May 24 1802 in Aberdeenshire Scotland he came to America in 1880 and worked for Boutwell Milne Varnum and others in Barre granite. seen as a longtime fixture in the granite industry with a generous nature and active Conservational Church member.
