Boston reports one death and over thirty hospitalizations as unregulated whiskey sold during the Christmas period sickens crowds. William Brady of the South End died after being brought unconscious to a hospital. Police seek the liquor source as victims were found in streets and doorways across the city.
New York police attribute six deaths to bootleg liquor after a dry Christmas. Autopsies are planned for the five men and one woman and bodies have been taken to awaiting medical exams.
An Armenian and Bulgarian representatives meeting in Lauanas heard the Armenian demand for an American national home while Bulgarians asserted returns of eastern Thrace. Washington December 36 The Bret conference of the nine senior circuit judges under the act designed to expedite federal business has been called by Chief Justice Taft to be held in Washington on Thursday. The meeting will discuss administration of justice in federal courts and the transfer of judges to districts where needed.

Ypailanti Michigan December 21 officials from the state and educational world gathered to pay last honors to Bernard Kirk star Michigan football player who died in an automobile accident. The funeral was held at the home of Kirk's parents with notes of tribute from Dr Leroy, University of Michigan president, Governor Groesbeck, Regent Murfiat, Coach Yost, and Congressmen Codd and Clark. Team members served as pallbearers.
A Boston patrolman, Joseph Conner of the Quin and police force, died in a hospital after a mad dog encounter near Squantum. He was badly bitten, refused to endanger children, and killed the mad dog with his service revolver before succumbing to injuries despite Pasteur treatment. He died several days after the attack while on duty.
Worcester Massachusetts a Strand Theatre safe on Frost Street was forced open after the performance. About 2000 in cash and valuables were taken. Police suspect the crime was committed by burglars who studied the theatre and left undisturbed before dawn.

He married Irene Burnham in 1903 and leaves three sons Francis Ezra and Royal, plus his mother and other relatives. Funeral set for Thursday at his East Hill home with burial in Burnham family plot Stocksbridge.
Angelo Comolli a longtime Waterbury resident died suddenly at the state hospital after confinement there for three years. Survived by his wife Maria a daughter Beards and Alvin Camelli a brother John Camelli all known locally. Funeral plans pending with services at Badger. date to be announced.
Frank Garrand a resident of the city farm died last evening at City Hospital at 10 o clock from valvular heart disease. He was 59 and had lived in Berre and raised. He is survived by a son and daughter whose whereabouts are unknown. His nearest relative is Mrs Rabatailie of Graniteville. Funeral arrangements not yet set. Services tentatively will be held from the Badger funeral home.
Albert French born February 23 1840 in Farre died December 24 at the home of his brother. A veteran and the last survivor of his family he long served the community and was held in esteem by friends. Burial plans are not specified.
A blaze in St Albans, Dec 26, caused an official record loss of 35000 dollars to the paint shop and bridge shop of the Central Vermont Railway alongside damage to surrounding property. Fire swept through the paint shop aided by 40 mile winds, with the machine shop and nearby railroad station spared. About 75 workers were displaced after the fire. bread lead and castings were destroyed and power lines severed.
Mary Ethel LaClair daughter of Mr and Mrs Peter LaGair of 54 Summer Street married Wille Edson Pratt son of Mr and Mrs David Pratt at St Monica's Church yesterday. Rev M McKenna officiated. The bridal party wore white satin and carried white bouquets. The couple will reside at 54 Summer Street.
Herbert Leonard and Bertha J Hamlet of Barry were united in marriage on a Saturday evening by Reverend FL Goodeped at the Congregational sparronage. Leonard, a well known farmer and contracting teamster, has lived many years, and the couple plans to reside in Barry.
