Edward Larabee pleaded guilty in ely county court this morning to deserting his family and was confined to the county jail for not less than four years. Sheriff Tracy brought him back from Dover to face charges after his wife and two young children remained in the city. The case arose from a complaint and involvement with a logging camp in Dover.
Funeral services for Mrs Norris were conducted yesterday at her home on East Montpelier Road. Burial followed at Chelnes cemetery with pallbearers including nephews and local relatives.
