Warner Park proposal sparks debate over Baraboo funds
The Baraboo will allocates 75 000 to a cement boulevard from Baraboo high bridge to Devils Lake with Baraboo city receiving 40 000 if Madison does not fund Warner park land. In Richland Center a stump at John Kirkpatrick’s yard blew up while workers cleaned the yard. A dynamite charge believed buried years ago caused a loud explosion that dug a three foot hole. No one was nearby at the time.

Charles DuBois died at his Reedsburg home Wednesday night from stomach trouble. He leaves a wife and two children. For the past year he managed the Reineke House hotel. Mrs W H Reeves Dead. Remains Brought To Reedsburg For Burial
Mrs W H Reeves aged 88 died at her daughter Emma’s home in West Allis after three years of invalidism. She moved from Sandusky to West Allis in 1891 and is survived by six children in Louisiana, Kansas, Washington, California, Wisconsin, and West Allis.
