Mrs Davidson dies in Florida after long illness
Mrs James O Davidson wife of the former governor and state board of control president died Saturday in Jacksonville Florida after a lengthy illness. The body was brought to Madison. Surviving are her husband daughter Mabel and her mother Mrs Bliss Grace daughter died years ago. She taught in Kickapoo valley and later in Madison.

The Sauk County Guernsey Breeders Association held its first annual summer meeting June 14 at Breezy Hill farm nine miles east of Baraboo with a 150 crowd and talks on dairy genetics. Henry Rubien, 44, died suddenly while driving near Baraboo after heart trouble. a Greenfield car accident killed a four-year-old girl and injured her parents and others, with authorities investigating and local undertakers handling the body and family reactions.

Harry G. Goddard died at age 75 of heart failure while seated on his porch talking to friends at his home. He served sixteen years as postmaster at Chippewa Falls and was a prominent Masonic figure. Survived by a daughter, he formerly lived in Baraboo and was brother in law of the late Dr. B F Mills. He once worked in a drug store owned by the pioneer physician.
