At a Thursday meeting Baraboo aldermen voted to accept the Ringling theatre after 30 days unless a petition by fifteen percent of voters objects is filed. Alderman Ca rlisch opposed. Alderman Stanley was absent. City Attorney W H Cady questioned control issues in the gift and advised against acceptance in the proposed form.
