Funeral of Miss Maria Denison Held at Third Avenue Home
The funeral for Miss Maria Denison was conducted Wednesday afternoon at her Third Avenue home by Rev. L A Goddard of the Congregational church. Mrs G W Andrews and Mrs Minnie Duncan sang as pallbearers and attendees from out of town included Mrs D M Linnell and Mrs Belle Linnell. Denison was the last of her family in this branch and the home will close in a few days. Mrs T B Jones was summoned to Ram ph today due to illness in the family.

Bands at State Fair feature large Sousa-like concert group

At Madison on Thursday Judge He Ray Stevens in circuit court granted a divorce to Mary M. Allen of Sauk county. Mrs. Allen testified to cruelty by her husband Arthur M. Allen who did not appear and the divorce was granted on her testimony.

Mrs. August Koepp Dies After Operation
Mrs. August Koepp of Caledonia died at Madison General Hospital after an operation yesterday. The body was brought to Baraboo then home to Caledonia for a Friday 11 am funeral. She was 61, born in Germany, resident of Caledonia 46 years, survived by a husband two sisters and ten children including Julius, Emil, Alexander, Wilbert, Louise, Martha, Laura, and Clara Koepp plus others in Portage Baraboo North Dakota and South Dakota.
