Newport fishing party nets large bass and pickerel
A party by Mr and Mrs Henry Knight and Mr and Mrs R W McFarland and Mr and Mrs Geo I McFarland spent days at the McFarland cottage in Newport. They caught several bass and pickerel with Mrs Knight winning with a 73 lb pickerel. Mrs Knight plans to build a cottage after purchasing a lot from Mr McFarland. Joseph Johnson Thomas English and Dr English also return from a short outing at the English cottage.
