Death in Binder Accident Claims William Walters at 35
William Walters of Bear Creek died from injuries after a grain binder accident. While he rested under a tree for water a dog spooked the team, causing them to bolt and throw him under the sickle. Four ribs were broken and his right lung bruised, leading to his death. He was unmarried and survived by his mother, three brothers, and two sisters.
