The Miss Bandera County Pageant on February 21 at Bandera High School Gymnasium will be MCd by Jimmy Goodman, a veteran pageant producer and Miss Texas Pageant board member. Relatives mourn Patricia Marie Jureski age 18 daughter of Louis Jureski of San Antonio and former Bandera resident killed February 6 in a road crash. A Edison High School 1969 graduate and St. Ann's member, she is survived by her father two sisters three brothers and grandmother. Rosary was February 8 at Roy Akers Chapels and Requiem Mass February 9 at St. Ann's with burial at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.

Walter Lee Seale aged 45 of Beaumont died February 7 1970 at home and was buried February 10 in Bandera Cemetery beside his father. A WWII Marine veteran he spent years in service. Pallbearers included A H McCook Col Dan Alanis James Shaw Bill Davis John E Cox Ellis Browning. Burial followed at Plummer Funeral Home with full military honors. Survivors include his mother Mrs W A Seale and an aunt Mrs A R Pool.
