Trains Collision Near Kelleyville Kills 27 in Oklahoma
A head on crash one mile southwest of Kelleyville Oklahoma killed 27 people and injured 50, many seriously, when a St Louis San Francisco passenger train collided with an empty troop train. Bodies were taken to Bristow and Sapulpa morgues. Identified victims included F N Hutchinson and John Crownover. Both crews survived with severe injuries. The incident followed the Polecat creek bridge crossing.
