Griffin Pleads Guilty in Anti American Case at Burns Court
Griffin, described as especially offensive in anti American conduct, faced Justice Burns' court Wednesday. A jury found him guilty of gamity and the court imposed the maximum penalty of a $100 fine and 30 days in county jail. County Attorney Deon led the prosecution with defense by Ben Hosmer.
