Amendments To Sup Lodge Constitution Provisions Read
Amended General Law X authorizes strict entry conditions for beneficial membership including medical exam approval by the Medical Examiner and Grand Medical Examiner, a favorable Investigating Committee report, ballot election, and payments to the Beneficiary Fund. Also updated are rates for classified assessments, Surplus Fund controls, and Form of Application for the Workman degree with detailed eligibility and conduct clauses. Updated Section 44 limits beneficial membership to white males 18 to 45 with moral fitness and belief in a Supreme Being, and bans certain high risk occupations and alcohol sale, with cross jurisdiction admission rules.
