Bishop Stephen E. Keeler 68 Episcopal bishop of Minnesota died Tuesday night in the U S Army hotel at Patrick Henry Village Heidelberg Germany. He had been visiting Europe to oversee Episcopal churches there and was to travel to Paris for a Europe wide conclave. He had battled heart strain since May 1955 and returned to the U S in July 1955. Survived by widow, son Stephen Jr and brother Warner V. Funeral plans awaited. successor is Bishop Kellogg.
