Austin faces a 181 721 tax levy increase under the proposed 1972 budget raising the total levy to 2 426 047 from 2 244 825 in 1971. A two star general and four other senior officers are told they will be demoted or reprimanded for the Firebase Mary Ann attack that killed 33 Americans and wounded 76. Maj. Gen. James L.
