Traffic Deaths Blamed on Dense Minnesota Fog
Dense fog caused three traffic deaths and a non fatal school bus crash in southwestern Minnesota. Victims include 24 year old Tom Haugen of Norcross and 21 year old Robert Groebner of rural Sleepy Eye, with a Sleepy Eye 19 year old David Ziemer also killed. A Buffalo Lake school bus carrying 10 pupils collided with a pickup near Renville County. six students were hospitalized with injuries including a pelvis fracture and broken bones. The State Highway Department called the fog the worst in years with zero visibility at times.

Art Arfons Injured In Green Monster Rollover
