About 50 University of Minnesota students from 38 foreign lands arrive for a three day visit to Austin with host families. They will tour High School, elementary schools, the Hormel plant and local sites, attend church services, and share discussions in 19 homes after an Embassy Banquet at 6 30 p m Friday.

Farm Wife Dies After Tractor Upsets on Tunnell Road
Mrs Theron Comstock 17 died from suffocation when a tractor veered off the road and toppled into a three foot ditch near Sumner Township about 60 miles northwest of Spring Valley. Coroner Dr J P Nehring said the tractor jackknifed as she attempted to right it. Two Spring Valley men and her husband could not free her before rescue arrived. She had lived in Sumner Township with her husband since October 1951 and is survived by his relatives and her California family.

Preston Donald Cook of Fillmore County sheriff reports Ole Tofstad 56 and his son Carroll 25 are jailed on turkey rustling charges. They allegedly took four to five birds at a time from Maynard Dobbs Turkey Farm north of Rushford and sold them in Winona. They waived preliminary hearing at arraignment before A. D.
