Mrs Paul Heers hosted Pleasant View Mothers Club with bunco prizes and planning for a July 14 picnic at Clayton Kearnes home. St Pauls Lutheran Ladies Aid demonstrated floral arrangement at church parlors with hostesses Arlen Gilbertson Harold Gaul Donald Ferch. Committees appointed at VFW Auxiliary meeting include Elmer Peterson membership Carl Johnson community service and others. Door prize drawn and poppy sales totaling 1314.02 acknowledged. A note ends with a fried eggplant recipe and tomato sauce suggestion.
Kim Larson of Cedar Falls Iowa was baptized at Moscow Lutheran Church with sponsors Roger Dean Johnson and Susan Larson.
