Vienna reports from June 26 that Albania faces a critical situation as Turkey masses 50 000 soldiers near the Montenegrin frontier. Charles R Crane describes devastation, prisoners killed, and burning villages with 25 000 women and children fleeing toward Montenegro in dire hunger.
