Women’s Tourney Held at Ramsey Golf Club
Albert Lea women topped the Ramsey invitation golf tournament held at Ramsey Golf Club on Wednesday. Virginia Lindbeck of Albert Lea Grenelea was medalist and won the championship flight with Norma Haney second and Fran Cis Ashcraft third. Guests came from St. Paul Rochester Spring Valley Albert Lea. First flight winners were Mrs. Orville Privett and Mrs. Gene Blaser. Second flight winners were Helen Hofstad and Beverly Larson. Third flight winners were Mrs. Fern Kelly and Mrs. Harold Hoffman. Fourth flight winners were Jane Dombrowski and Agnes Stenseth. Nine hole play crowned Wes ley and Johns as first and second in the first flight. Reuter and Paulson in the second. Mary Laddie in the Greenlea third. Door prize went to Mary Anderson.
