Harold L. McKinley of St. Ansgar Iowa says he is not the sole author of the farm program to be discussed at the Republican National Convention next month. McKinley chairs the Midwest and Rocky Mountain Farm Council formed in Des Moines. The program advocates federal farm policy aimed at actual parity prices without fixed percentages.
