Oil spill slows traffic after tanker capsizes near Owatonna

About 1,000 gallons of oil spilled into a ditch when a 6,000 gallon tanker from Jacobsen Transport Co. rolled onto its side 10 miles southwest of Owatonna, Minnesota. Driver Barry Amatuzio of Minneapolis was treated for minor injuries and released. Officials dammed a culvert to contain the spill and no oil reached the road.
