Miss Minnesota Pageant Opens in Austin With 49 Contestants
Forty nine Miss Minnesota contestants arrived in Austin for a four day event. The first performance is tonight at Austin High School Auditorium with groups performing talent swimsuit and evening gown preliminaries. Sheila Bernhagen will crown her successor Saturday night. Dawn’s sister Michelle was Miss Bloomington two years ago and first runner up.
